Online store terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not use the site to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Products, pricing, and availability
Comics, manga, and collectibles are printed in limited quantities and are often allocated to us by publishers and distributors. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable to us. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Condition and grading
Condition descriptions and grades we assign are our good faith opinion, offered conservatively. They are not a guarantee or a third party certification unless a book is specifically noted as professionally graded and slabbed. If you believe we have described a book incorrectly, our Return and Refund Policy covers it.
Preorders
Preorder release dates are set by publishers and can move or be cancelled without notice. Placing a preorder is not a guarantee of allocation. If we cannot fill a preorder, we refund you in full.
Accuracy of information
We try to display colors and product details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device display of any color will be exact.
Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. It is your responsibility to keep your account and contact information up to date.
Third party services
We use third party providers for payment processing, shipping, and certain site features. These providers have their own privacy policies and terms, and we recommend that you review them where applicable.
