A book that shows up creased is a book we sold badly. So we pack by format, value, and condition, using materials that actually fit the item instead of whatever is nearest the bench. That means guarding against bending, shifting, surface wear, and moisture, every time.

Shipping

• Services, delivery estimates, and prices are shown at checkout.
• Orders get tracking wherever the selected service supports it.
• Preorders and mixed release orders can ship on their own schedule. The product page will say so.

If something arrives wrong

Tell us quickly. Send your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Hold on to all the packaging until we have sorted it out.

Returns

Return windows, eligibility, and exclusions follow the refund policy shown at checkout. Get in touch before you send anything back so we can give you the right instructions and save you a wasted trip.
